1. Cooling-off window
New members may request a full refund of the first year's dues within 15 days of activation, provided no claim has been initiated. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.
2. After cooling-off
Dues are non-refundable after the 15-day window because contributions enter the common protection pool that backs every member's nominee support.
3. Duplicate or failed payments
Accidental duplicate payments or successful debits without membership activation are refunded in full within 7 working days of verification. Write to contact@atalkavach.com with the transaction reference.
4. Membership cancellation
You may cancel membership at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation stops future dues; past contributions are not refunded.
5. How to request a refund
Email contact@atalkavach.com from your registered email with your membership number, transaction reference, and reason. Our team will respond within 2 working days.
